Beginning in Golf Services, we are excited to announce that Sam Cresta has been promoted to Head Golf Professional. Sam has been dedicated and passionate about golf for years now, and his hard work has led to many happy golfers both on and off the course. Even as we head into the “off-season” of golf, we highly recommend scheduling a lesson with Sam today to clean up or improve any aspect of your golf game. After all, Sam is the man!
Have you noticed the new menu items? The boneless wings, mozzarella sticks, specialty
wraps & salads, and top tier house burgers? If so, they have been prepared by the magnificent Meghan Foxx. Meghan joined the ACGC team back in September as the Cafe Manager and has been on a tear ever since. So if you want to try a new place for lunch or grab a bite to eat after your next round, stop by the Classic Rock Cafe to enjoy some scrumptious foods. You won’t leave hungry!
Oh what a warm and hot season it was here in Delaware. After a very challenging summer and unfortunate luck with lightning, Brandon Hammond has been leading the charge to get the golf course back to tip top shape. The greens are healed, rolling true and ready for play! Have you seen how beautiful the fairways are? With plans to reseed and re-sod the tee boxes by the end of November, your beloved ACGC will be ESPN ready once again. Let’s go Brandon!

If you agree, we highly suggest that you stop by the Classic Rock Bar for a drink with our customer favorite, Shannon Foster! Shannon has been killing it in the bar all summer long, and has been promoted to Bar Manager. She likes to take long walks on the beach, hangout with her friends, and go to rock shows, but you can learn more by kicking it with her after your golf round or for beer thirty.
