Outdoor Yoga class is a 60 minute yoga class every Monday night @ 6:30pm starting May 1st. We go out on one of the golf fairways and enjoy yoga + nature. This is a vinyasa style class which means we flow through a sequence of poses. Each pose is held for several rounds of breath, so you can focus on building a strong yoga foundation. This class is great for beginners and intermediate students, ALL ARE WELCOME. Please pre-register for this class here
