Yoga for golfers is a 30 minutes – 1 hour class that we will be stretching & strengthening the muscles used most commonly in your golf swing. NO PREREGISTRATION REQUIRED! All levels are welcome.
*You do not need to be a golfer to come to class, it is open to anyone & everyone!
What to bring: Yoga mat, beach towel, & water
ALL CLASSES WILL BE SOCIALLY DISTANCED & OUTSIDE
We will be either on the back patio or on one of the golf holes!
*classes are weather permitting so keep an eye out at least 1 hour prior to class times for cancelations*
Teacher background: Britt is a fitness professional with a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Activity and Fitness Management from Slippery Rock University, she holds a Group Fitness Instructor certification from the American Council on Exercise, a PiYo instructor certification and has completed 200 Hours of Yoga Teacher training. Britt teaches fitness classes weekly online through her private Facebook group called Britt Marie Fitness at home workout group. Britt’s goals are to get people moving and help improve client’s flexibility & mobility in order to live their best life possible!
