Join me for Outdoor Yoga! This yoga class is a 60 minute yoga class every Monday night in July & August @ 6:30pm. We go out on one of the golf fairways and enjoy yoga + nature. This is a vinyasa style class which means we flow through a sequence of poses. This class is great for beginners and intermediate students or anyone who wants to try yoga outside on a golf course!

Cost: $20/person

Drop ins are welcome but prebooking is encouraged.

Outdoor Yoga class is a 45 minute yoga class every Monday night @ 6:30pm. We go out on one of the golf fairways and enjoy yoga + nature. This is a vinyasa style class which means we flow through a sequence of poses. Each pose is held for several rounds of breath, so you can focus on building a strong yoga foundation. This class is great for beginners and intermediate students.

Outdoor Yoga class is a 45 minute yoga class every Monday night @ 6:30pm. We go out on one of the golf fairways and enjoy yoga + nature. This is a vinyasa style class which means we flow through a sequence of poses. Each pose is held for several rounds of breath, so you can focus on building a strong yoga foundation. This class is great for beginners and intermediate students.

Stretch & Strength is a 30 minute class. This class will be weekly on Tuesday Nights @ 6:30pm and this class you must preregister for! Only 6 spots are available each week for this small group training class that focuses on mobility. This class will require resistance bands & a yoga mat. Exercises will utilize a mixture of dumbbells, resistance bands, and body weight to strengthen and stretch the entire body.

Yoga for golfers is a 30 minutes – 1 hour class that we will be stretching & strengthening the muscles used most commonly in your golf swing. Classes are beginning on June 15th… NO PREREGISTRATION REQUIRED! All levels are welcome.

*You do not need to be a golfer to come to class, it is open to anyone & everyone!

Cost: $10/class

What to bring: Yoga mat, beach towel, & water

ALL CLASSES WILL BE SOCIALLY DISTANCED & OUTSIDE
We will be either on the back patio or on one of the golf holes!

*classes are weather permitting so keep an eye out at least 1 hour prior to class times for cancelations*

Teacher background: Britt is a fitness professional with a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Activity and Fitness Management from Slippery Rock University, she holds a Group Fitness Instructor certification from the American Council on Exercise, a PiYo instructor certification and has completed 200 Hours of Yoga Teacher training. Britt teaches fitness classes weekly online through her private Facebook group called Britt Marie Fitness at home workout group. Britt’s goals are to get people moving and help improve client’s flexibility & mobility in order to live their best life possible!
