Guess what… Outdoor classes/events are starting next week at American Classic Golf Club! (weather depending) Our summer outdoor fitness series runs from April 26th – the end of September! 

The first Outdoor Yoga Class will be on Monday, April 26th @ 6:30pm and it will run weekly on Mondays after that! For outdoor yoga all you need is a yoga mat, water, and a beach towel. You can prepay online or pay when you check in on Monday nights. 

We also are adding a NEW class to the schedule — OUTDOOR STRETCH & STRENGTH class! This class will be weekly on Tuesday Nights @ 6:30pm (first class is on 4/27) and this class you must pre register for! Only 6 spots are available each week for this small group training class that focuses on mobility (stretching and strengthening the muscles in your body). This class will require resistance bands & a yoga mat. Don’t have resistance bands? No worries! I sell resistance bands in a 3-pack for just $10.

We are also going to be having a fun Cinco De Mayo event on May 5th @ 6:30pm called Yoga & Margs! This class will be outside and includes 30 minutes of yoga and 1 margarita for class. It’s gonna be so fun! Very beginner friendly class! A few Wednesdays per month we will be hosting some fun and different outdoor fitness classes — so keep an eye out!

Why try these classes? The outdoor fitness series is designed to help improve your overall mobility, as well as, get you out on a golf course for a fun and unique fitness experience! ALL CLASSES ARE BEGINNER FRIENDLY! For the classes, we workout on one of the golf course fairways and it’s a relaxed and fun environment. I cannot wait to get back to teaching outside and seeing all of you in person! Sign up for classes here! (For Outdoor yoga you can pay when you check in if you prefer)
