This 5 week series focuses on mobility. This class will require resistance bands & a yoga mat. Exercises will utilize a mixture of dumbbells, resistance bands, and body weight to strengthen and stretch the body. Over the 5-weeks we will focus on the mobility specifically in the Shoulders, Hips, Ankles, Spine & Core. This series is great for golfers looking to gain yards AND anyone looking to gain flexibility and strengthen their joints! Must register for all 5 sessions (you can participate virtually or in-person).
